Yes, they give you straight cash instead of points. They pay via check, and I have received, and cashed my check from them.
CashCrate is open to many countries. English speaking countries will have the most offers though.

Same as usual. Do sign ups, downloads, etc etc to earn cash.

Shopping

Earn cash back on your purchases made through their links. There are lots of sites to earn from.

• Apple iTunes
• Walmart
• Office Depot
• FootLocker
• Microsoft
• Tiger Direct

All you do is click on the link to that site on the CashCrate shopping page and anything you purchase you will get cash back. The cash back amount differs from 1%-15% so it's really quite nice.

Videos

Just watch videos and earn 1-5 cents. There isn't always a very large selection of them.

Surveys

Just like all sites surveys aren't that easy to get into. If you try for a few and don't qualify I wouldn't waste your time. Sometimes I think surveys are scams. They make you answer all these questions to 'qualify' and your denied. I think those questions are a survey in and of themselves! I should be paid!

Games

You can win points to cash out for prizes like gift cards. It's a tournament, they have daily weekly and I think monthly. I only participated once, and I think it costs you points to enter them. I'm unsure I don't use this site for games I use another.

Referrals

You get 20% of what your referrals earn, and 10% of what their referrals earn. If you gain enough referrals you go up a rank and earn more.

They have a neat earning opportunity though. When your referrals get their first $10 you earn a $3 bonus. Or once you have referred X amount of people you can choose to get $1 per referral you get from then on. So if you're good at getting referrals, but they don't stay to earn that $10 you would want to opt in for the $1 per referral.

I've seen MANY people on their forums with 1-2k+ referrals in 1-2 years. That's not bad.. $2,000 just to refer people to a site?? Sweet!
